Meet the Staff

ROBERT ROSS

Owner & Certified Public Accountant

Robert hails from the Tampa Bay Area, where he grew up. He started his education at Jesuit High School and later joined the US Coast Guard, where he excelled and received top honors in his class.

After his time in the Coast Guard, Robert decided to further his education at the University of Tampa, where he got his Bachelor's Degree in Entrepreneurship. His passion for learning didn't stop there, and he went on to earn a Master's Degree in Finance. Additionally, Robert expanded his knowledge by taking advanced courses in Accounting and Taxation at the University of South Florida.

Robert is a proud father and a lover of the Florida Keys.

KAYLA LUIDER

Senior Staff Accountant

Kayla relocated to Citrus County from West Palm Beach, Florida, in 2014. She is a wife, mom of three, and stepmom to one. Her ability to balance these roles with grace and dedication is a testament to her strong sense of responsibility. Kayla is currently working towards her Associate's Degree in Accounting Technology at the College of Central Florida.

She enjoys kayaking and discovering the beauty of Florida's unique springs. Kayla also loves reading and spending time with her family.

MIKE BRENNAN

Staff Accountant

After moving from Washington to Florida in 2010, Mike worked with developmentally disabled adults for over a decade - a profession that showcased his compassionate nature and ability to connect with people. He is a great listener with a knack for learning (we like to joke that he asks at least a dozen questions a day LOL). Mike proudly graduated from the College of Central Florida with an Associate's Degree in Accounting Technology.

Mike is a movie buff, with his favorite genres being horror and science fiction. He and his wife have two dogs together.

JENNIFER MITCHAM

Administration & Marketing Assistant

With over 6 years of experience in finance, Jennifer is the go-to for Coastal's networking and marketing. She is certified in Office Support and Data Analytics.

Jennifer was raised in the Army and has traveled all over the US, as well as 4 other countries. Her favorite thing to do is spend time with her husband and daughter, going to farmer's markets, and checking out local shops and restaurants. Jennifer has a deep appreciation for the arts - painting, making pottery, going to museums, and so much more.

Gloria Cain

Enrolled Agent

Gloria has been a resident of Citrus County for several decades but did reside in Colorado for some time. You may recognize her from Gloria's Tax Service, Inc., an accounting business that was located in Crystal River, Florida, for nearly 20 years.

Gloria is a wife and a mother. These days, she works part-time at Coastal and spends her free time enjoying life with her husband, watching sports games, and listening to country music.
